Franz Cottage

Franz Cottage features a twin bedroom, living room (with a double sofa bed) with dining area, which has a French window that walks on to a patio with garden furniture that overlooks the pond and gardens.

Franz has a shower room with w.c., a fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory overlooks the pond & gardens with relaxing chairs and your own picnic table to enjoy the scenery.

The cottage is heated by Economy 7 storage heaters, with the exception of the bedroom having an electric wall heater that can be controlled by a timer if required.  

There is a wall mounted electric heater in the bathroom. 

All Cottages are equipped with colour TV & DVD players with CD and radio.

The property is also Wi-Fi enabled (broadband – Internet) so bring your Wi-Fi enabled laptop to check emails. 

The fully equipped kitchens include a fridge/freezer and a microwave oven.  

Bedding, bed-linen and towels are provided.
